Michael P. Spychala, PE is the president and founder of MPS Engineering. He started the company in 1984 under the name M.P. Spychala and Associates, Inc. He is a licensed electrical engineer in Florida and 29 other states. Mike’s engineering experience includes design of electrical systems for healthcare facilities, senior housing centers, schools, libraries, churches, commercial buildings, retail, manufacturing facilities, multi-family residential, museums and other industrial, institutional, and commercial facilities. He is a LEED Accredited Professional and strongly believes in energy efficient design. Mike received his Bachelor of Science degree inElectrical Engineering from Marquette University in 1977. He is a member of numerous engineering societies including NSPE, ACEC, Florida Engineering Society, Professional Engineers in Private Practice, Florida Institute of Consulting Engineers, Electrical Council of Florida, and the Council of American Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to name a few. He enjoys golfing and fishing in his spare time and is a big baseball and hockey fan. His enthusiasm for engineering and service to our clients has been the catalyst for the success of MPS.
